What is the typical turnaround time for the content you offer?

When you place an order with us then you will be able to state how quickly you need the content delivered by, and in some cases, we will be able to offer an express service if you need it. However, please be advised that this is likely to come with an extra charge. Otherwise, we aim to return content within 7-10 working days.

Do you offer revisions?

Here at Kontome we always want to make sure that all of our customers love our content. We do offer a certain amount of free revisions within the first draft of content that we offer our clients as part of the package when they order with us. However, our clients are usually always happy with the copy and it is rare that we would ever need to have these revisions take place. But this service is here for anyone that needs it, and we are always open to receiving feedback from clients.

How much do your content writing services cost, and do I need to sign a contract?

All of our content writing services at Kontome are priced differently, but these are all clearly labelled on our content writing services pages. There are no subscription or membership fees for our services, and everything is billed and priced on a per project basis.

You do not need to sign any contracts when you work with Kontome, but you will need to register for an account to be able to fully access all of the content writing services that we offer as well as book them.
